  1. I would like to see a template for gathering credit card information. It would make life easier and one also for accepting contracts. I guess I will have to design my own but it will take me a while. Thanks though… great service!

@Bonnie: Thanks! That’s a great idea about creating a set of pre-built forms. I’ll add that to our list of feature ideas.

Any chance of being able to edit the data captured? Our team currently has about 35 projects entered; however, I don’t see a way to update existing fields (e.g., responsible person, status, cost, etc.). If this option was available, we would eliminate the need to transcribe the projects, updating and uploading on a routine basis. We could give the responsible person permission to keep the project current, managing their own process. If I’m missing something, please post so I can implement immediately. Very nice product either way!

@Ron: We don’t have this functionality right now, but it’s something that’s high on our list of priorities right now. Stay tuned for more info. Glad to hear you like the product!

  6. John RIddle says:

I’m looking for a form that will estimate costs for a printing company.
For example someone desiring to see what it wil cost to print 1000 10 page catalogues
on 120 glossy bond paper in full color or black & white. Can your form calculate these
types of costs automatically and then read updated cost online or sent to them in an e-mail.

  7. ade says:

@John: The forms do have the ability to calculate values, so you could set up a form where a customer selects the appropriate # of pages, paper options, etc. However, the forms are designed for you to collect information from your customers and send the data to you — they wouldn’t be able to email the customers automatically when prices change, etc. Does that help? I might have misunderstood your question so let me know if I’m off track.
