While most of the security measures we employ are behind-the-scenes, we wanted to highlight some of the more visible changes to explain why we made them. I should note that we haven’t made these changes because of any particular incident, but rather an attempt to proactively prevent problems before they occur.

In addition, you will be asked to provide customer service (like every Formstack employee) as needed and assist with pre- and post-sales follow-up.
General skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment. General web/tech skills are also a plus.
Marketing & communication skills: Strong marketing fundamentals, experience with social media platforms (Twitter, blogging, etc) and email service providers. Graphic design skills are a plus.
