Formstack on Fox 59 News
We were surprised last week to see a Formstack form at the top of the local newscast on Indy’s Fox affiliate, Fox 59. The story was on how the Marion County Health Department is using Formstack to distribute H1N1 vaccinations to health care providers and other outlets during this important health crisis.
We have been contacted by other local government entities looking for a simple, fast and cost-effective way to collect data online to assist with H1N1 vaccine distribution and administration. We are thrilled to be part of the solution that helps get vaccines to the right people so they may be distributed to our friends and neighbors in Indianapolis.
So let’s all make sure to wash our hands regularly and cover our cough – let’s all stay healthy this cold and flu season!
