User Profile: Vontoo: Automated Voice Messaging Solutions
Even technology companies with in-house development teams need easy to use, plug and play solutions. Such is the case with Vontoo, a market leading voice messaging service located in Indianapolis. We had the pleasure of speaking with Carissa Newton, Director of Marketing for Vontoo about how she uses Formstack and how it is a valuable tool for her organization. FS: Tell us a little bit about your business, who is your target market, etc.
Vontoo: Vontoo is a voice marketing company. We help organization build connections with their audience through the power of voice. Our service can be used in conjunction with other marketing tools like, Email, Direct Mail, etc.
We work with a wide variety of organizations including:

Community Colleges
Retail

FS: How do you currently use Formstack?
Vontoo: We use Formstack for Surveys, Webinar sign ups, and our Referral Programs which consists of our network of contacts referring customers to Vontoo.
FS: Any other ways you might use it?
Vontoo: We would like to expand our use in surveys. Formstack allows us to create a survey and get feedback from customers quickly. We might also integrate forms into “Web Buttons/badges” for our site and use them in our referral program.
FS: How has Formstack solved a business/organizational issue?
Vontoo: We need to create forms on the fly and collect data quickly. We are able to use our design elements without having to bother development teams. It also gives us flexibility because it is very easy to use and allows us to just “plug and play”.
FS: Did you look at any other solutions (Custom Dev, Other SaaS etc.)?
Vontoo: We have in-house developers and capabilities but Formstack allows me to not have to bother our staff and allows Marketing to create the forms we need and implement them right away.
FS: What do you like best about the product?
Vontoo: Drag and drop form building and the ability to “skin” our forms using Themes. The templates allow us to consistently display our brand on any form we use.
FS: What features do you find most helpful?
Vontoo: We like the Smart Routing as well as Pre-populating form fields. Using the Pre-Populating Form Fields we are able to send data from one form to another very easily.
FS: What improvements to Formstack would you like to see?
Vontoo: Easy way to integrate with other resources (Salesforce, Email, etc.)
FS: Any other tips/tricks/words of wisdom you would like to share with others users/readers?
Vontoo: As a marketer you want to have all the tools at your fingertips – Formstack is a tool in my toolbox. As I learn about more uses, the more I can use it. It is a valuable resource that serves its purpose.
