Many of our customers are experiencing problems with their Google Spreadsheets integration. Google recently released an update to their docs API that broke backwards compatibility with nearly all client APIs. We have updated the client API we’re using so that new integrations will work.

Users want the ability for new leads to automatically be routed via Salesforce Assignment Rules. As of last Friday, this feature is now live and available for all customers using our Salesforce integration.

We are pleased to announce that our online form creator can now be translated into 15 different languages. Last year, we introduced several new languages for our forms but the demand for even more languages has gone up. We have recently added the Danish, Finnish, & Greek languages to our list of translations and have even more on the way! The translations can be seen in error messages, submit buttons, and other places where text is used on the online form . In addition to the three new languages, forms can also be translated into Arabic, Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Swedish, and Portuguese.
