The Wicklander Foundation is a small non-profit foundation located in Chicago, Illinois. The purpose of the foundation is to provide financial support to education, religious, and medical research non-profit organizations in the Chicago metro area. The foundation needed an easy and cost-effective way to collect & review information about each individual charity that was applying for a grant. One of the most powerful aspects of Formstack is the ability to use multiple payment processors, third party integrations, and other submit actions. A submit action is an action that takes place after the user hits the submit button. These include redirects to other websites, custom thank you pages, and the passing on of online form data to other applications, such as payment processors, CRM systems, email service providers, etc. You could, for example, pass on data to Salesforce, Authorize.net, Mailchimp and Google Spreadsheets in a single online form.

AYS Kids (At Your School Child Services) is a non-profit organization that started in 1980 with fewer than 10 children. Today, it has grown to offer programs to more than 1,500 kids across the state of Indiana. AYS offers programs such as before and after school programs, early childhood programs to better prepare children for kindergarten, and many summer camps for kids of all ages. Since using the Formstack web form creator, AYS has cut down on the amount of paper used by transferring all of their event registration forms, contact forms, surveys, and volunteer applications to online forms.

The latest update to the Formstack form builder is something not seen to our end users, we switched our internal billing system from a “rolled-our-own” system to using Chargify. Chargify describes itself as “the easiest way to start collecting subscription credit card payments from your customers.” and we would agree. Chargify allows you to set-up, bill, and manage subscriptions. Best of all, Chargify supports several payment gateways.
