User Profile: Easy Web Recruitment
Easy Web Recruitment is the UK’s leading flat fee internet recruitment service. They can count some of the UK’s largest and most recognizable employers as clients, including Tesco, Canon, Nike & Thomas Cook. It was great to talk with the Managing Director, Adrian McDonagh on how they use Formstack.
FS: Tell us a little bit about your position with Easy Web Recruitment:
I am the Managing Director at Easy Web Recruitment and I also take the lead role in looking at software and systems to implement around our core services.
FS: How did you hear about Formstack?
We previously used one of your competitors, but we were not entirely happy so we did an online search and found Formstack via Google.
FS: How do you currently use Formstack?
We use Formstack to help us manage some of the large response recruitment campaigns we have. The forms we build allow us to easily drill down through large candidate pools and focus on those that are most relevant. We also use it for getting customers to register for our products and internal HR events.
FS: How has Formstack solved a business/organizational issue?
We use Formstack for about 10% of our campaigns. That saves us over 50 hours of work per month making it the best employee I ever hired!
FS: What features do you find most helpful?
We think Formstack is very easy to use. It requires little training to get all of the staff to build forms. The integration with other products is also a great feature. We love how we have the ability to use the conditional logic so specific fields are displayed if the applicant chooses a certain answer. We also like the smart routing feature where we can have certain forms emailed to a specific member of our staff depending on the answers chosen in the form.
FS: Any other tips/tricks/words of wisdom you would like to share with other users/readers?
The data reporting features are a great tool to have so you can get your customers involved. With the ease of use of Formstack, anybody will be able to use it!
