Easier File Sharing with New Dropbox and Box Integrations
Today, we launched two new Formstack integrations: Dropbox and Box, giving you more file storage and sharing options. Both integrations offer Formstack users cloud-based storage space, making it easy to share file uploads submitted in a form. If you like to sort your form submissions into folders on Formstack, you can continue to organize your file uploads into folders with both integrations.
Formstack’s Dropbox integration adds an additional 2 GB of storage space to your account. Need to separate your extra files within different folders? No problem. When you create your Formstack account and set up the integration, you’ll be able to create or select one of your Dropbox folders in which to direct all file uploads. Are you expanding your small business and looking to hire? The Dropbox integration allows your entire team to have access to images and documents, such as resumes or job applications, that were submitted via a Formstack form. In addition, these extra files can be accessed from multiple locations and devices – including the Dropbox app on your mobile device.
Our new Box integration makes it easy for small businesses to store and organize content. Box gives users up to 5G of storage that can be sorted into folders and easily shared through a unique URL, which can be quickly sent through email or chat. Box’s real-time collaboration feature allows users to exchange feedback directly in their Box folders, keeping your inbox clean and free of long email discussions.
Is your team being featured at an upcoming conference or event? The extra storage lets you share larger file uploads, like videos or big presentations. And pairing the Formstack app with Box gives you complete access to all form submissions from your phone or iPad.
