Formstack Now Integrates with Google Calendar
“Let’s keep those integration launches coming!” I’m sure that’s what you guys are thinking, right? Well here’s another.
Our new Formstack Google Calendar integration gives you the power to add new Google calendar events or add one or more attendees to existing events right from your Formstack form. Save time and increase productivity by sharing your availability with form users and allowing them to schedule a meeting with you – directly from your form! There’s no need to trade endless emails back and forth when it’s time to schedule your next team meeting or prospective employee interview. Just create a simple form, send it out to your clients, coworkers, etc., and have them designate times that work from them.
Need to coordinate sign-ups and fill open time slots for a project or event with multiple volunteers? Our integration makes volunteer event coordination a breeze by ensuring volunteers have access to register for the most up-to-date available time slots. By using our unique fields, you can allow for certain time slots to be removed so that you aren’t double booking people.
Here are a few tips for the Formstack Google Calendar integration:
1. Include unique fields so that the remaining slots update after users submit the form
2. Make sure to enable email notifications so that you will be sent an email every time someone submits an appointment date.
3. Be sure to fill out the “Title” and “Description” sections clearly within your settings. This will cause for less confusion when you become really popular with all those appointments.
Now for the walk-through.

I have an RFP in progress that completely can use this integration. You guys simply RAWK! Keep those integrations coming is right. Madmimi.com maybe? And fix the Freshbooks integration to leverage discount code plugin in the integration.
I know I know. More more more. Formstack is the key tool for cloud based computing.
Thanks for the kind words, Alex! We’ll look into your suggestions and see what we can do.
I love these updates and integrations. However is there a way that when this is submitted it will ask the administrator to approve the event before it is added to the calendar. I love the idea of multiple people being able to add events to a calendar but the calendar will become jumbled if there is no way to gatekeep which events should and should not be on the calendar.
