Marketing Consulting Company Uses Forms to Embody Mission

Formstack is a part of our client life cycle from beginning to end.” – Derek Brown: Founder, Pronto Marketing

Pronto Marketing, an internet presence management service, knew that managing a website, social media, and all of the other components that go into a well orchestrated online marketing strategy can be difficult to achieve and afford. For a company that evaluates the online presence of other businesses, it needed to embody the strategies and tactics advised to customers. Pronto Marketing’s clients are busy small business owners and managers – its goal is to make it easy for them to have an always up-to-date website. For Pronto to both deliver a great customer experience and have an efficient process that lowered its costs and scales, it needed tools to streamline workflow and also present a professional image.

Here’s the story:

Who: Pronto Marketing

What: Pronto Marketing provides internet presence services to over 725 small businesses in 13 countries.  It offers a unique full-service model that provides a small business with a comprehensive web presence from a website to SEO, social media, and email marketing.

Where: Bangkok, Thailand

The Problem: Pronto needed to have a better customer sign-up experience.  Before Formstack, Pronto was asking clients to provide information through Word document attachments. This was not efficient. Because Pronto’s primary service is advising other companies on how to improve their online presence, it was imperative that they practice what they preach.

The Solution: Pronto Marketing turned to Formstack. The high number of integration options that Formstack offers has saved Pronto time and money, while also assuring that its information is accurate and up-to-date. For example, Pronto has set up forms to create customer support tickets in Zendesk, using Zendesk automation/triggers to automatically assign it to the right person. With this setup, Formstack acts as the starting point for Pronto’s internal process. With Formstack and conditional logic, it is now able to have a forms process that is more tailored to the client by offering different choices as they go along, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

“We are all about good process and integration – this is what Formstack gives us.” – Derek Brown: Founder, Pronto Marketing
