Customer Highlight: Soap Hope

Soap Hope is a unique nonprofit retailer that sells wholesome natural products. Founded in 2008 and located in Dallas, Soap Hope is a small organization with a huge mission.  It is about changing the lives of poverty stricken women, and 100 percent of its profit goes toward anti-poverty programs for women. These organizations then use the funding to provide loans, training, literacy, health care, and other services to improve the lives of women in poverty and allow them to be self-sufficient.

As a growing company with a huge fanbase and customer support system, it needed a quicker and easier way to ask for customer feedback. At Soap Hope, the people are primarily focused on selling their product and had little time and manpower left to dedicate to creating forms.  Their solution? Formstack.

Co- founder Salah Boukadoum knew that Soap Hope needed something simple, easily understandable, and affordable. Salah began his search and quickly found Formstack. No developer or HTML coding was necessary; they could do it all on their own.

Soap Hope began to use Formstack at first to ask for customer feedback on all orders and shipments. Because this proved to be successful, it then began to use online forms as a way for customers to sign up for email marketing.

Soap Hope  now uses Formstack for a variety of different things, one of which showcases their “super fans” or ambassadors of hope – the people who desired to go above and beyond to spread Soap Hope’s mission. By creating unique online forms to interact more with customers, Soap Hope has gained a true fan following that will take their company to the next level without costing them thousands of dollars.

“I’m amazed that more businesses don’t do what we do. Every order we send out, we ask how we did. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t do that.”  -Salah Boukadoum,  Co-Founder, Soap Hope
