As some of you may have noticed, we’ve been working hard to make some changes to the Formstack application. Building new integrations like WebMerge, creating a new Feature Suggestions page, developing an Idea Bar, and launching our new Field Guide – these are just a few things we’ve done to improve our product within the past couple of months. And today, we’re happy to show you another enhancement we’ve made.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling out some pretty awesome new features within our form builder. This week we are excited to launch the new Field Guide. Acting as what you’d normally consider to be a “wizard”, the Formstack Field Guide adds ease to the form building process. With easy-to-use form templates, prompts and suggestions, and continuous guidance, this new Field Guide is a great way to help you make forms even faster.
We often receive calls from customers about various features they’d like to see us launch. Sometimes, we receive unique requests and other times we recognize some trends occurring. And even though we’d love to get to all of them right away, with a team of twelve that can be quite difficult.
We are happy to announce a new integration with WebMerge, a service that allows you to automatically create PDF documents from your form submissions. Setting up your documents is really easy. You can choose to upload a fillable PDF (allows you to type data directly into the PDF) or use their document builder to create your own template.

HelpSpot is a unique Web Based Help Desk Software solution for organizations dealing with challenges of email and web customer service. Our HelpSpot integration allows you to collect support requests from your customers using any Formstack web form and automatically send that data to your HelpSpot account to track it for follow-up.
If you’re a current Formstack user with a paid account, you already know that you can customize confirmation emails with our online form builder. There are many use cases for a custom confirmation email; for example, after someone submits an event registration form, you can personalize your next communication with event details. This week we’ve made another upgrade to our form builder to make it even easier for you to customize your communications.
You may remember a recent post announcing an awesome new Formstack feature – our landing page builder. Well, today we’re making an even bigger announcement…we are officially launching Landing Pages as a new and separate product from our online form builder!
