We launched a new support site last week, and hope you’ll be pleased with the resources that are now available. You can still just ask us a question directly, but there are a couple other things you might want to check out on the site.
We have said it before, but one of the most powerful things about Formstack beyond being a great online form builder, is the tools that allow you to use and manage submitted data. It is one of the areas that we are always evaluating and seeing if we can make it better or easier for our users. That is why we are excited to announce some new changes within the data section which will make searching and using your data easier.
Some of you astute Formstack fans may have noticed that our new site went live yesterday, but we wanted to officially launch it here. The new design is a little sleeker and has major changes to the home page. We now have a summary of “What’s New” and our customer profiles, so you can quickly see what is going on at Formstack. Take a look at the new site and let us know what you think. If you are interested in participating in our customer profile and getting your photo on the homepage contact us and we will be happy to profile you and your business.
One of the most frequent requests we receive from customers is a way to provide Formstack account access to others without having to share their admin username and passwords. We are excited to finally release that functionality today.

Today we are happy to announce a new feature that allows you to edit submitted data from within the Formstack admin tool. It allows you to manage the data you collect so you can fix any user errors or incorporate fields for internal use only. For example, you can create a “For Office Use Only” section within your forms
I am sure that most of you have been playing with all the cool form building features we released, so many may have missed an exciting new help tool that was launched Monday as well. We now have help videos! The videos walk you through many of the new features and functions within Formstack and explain step by step how to work within your forms and data. We have been tempting you the last two weeks with promises of upgrades and enhancements, and well, today is the day the shiny paper is unwrapped. We didn’t want to reveal any of the new updates but we are so excited that we decided to share a few snapshots with you. We won’t tell you how all the pieces fit together yet, but you will see another sneak peak next week and a launch of the new version later this month.
