How It Works

Build your Formstack form, and authenticate the connection between Formstack and Power Automate.
Once authenticated, select your form, choose Microsoft Teams, and decide which action will trigger upon each form submission.
Once your flow and triggers are set up, choose the Teams channel you’d like to notify and create customized notifications. Then all you need to do is save and test your flow!
